We first met Margi at an open house. She was very helpful to us, describing areas that we might be interested in looking, as well as some history and trends. Over time, we started working with Tracy. Tracy was also a huge help in our search and had the patience of a saint! After two years looking for a house, we ended up changing gears at the last minute and buying a condo that Tracy pointed us at. Her judgement was ‘spot on’ and we are very happy our new place and with her and the whole process. Margi and Tracy also staged and helped us sell our previous home. Six offers from the first open house is a testament to their professionalism and experience. But perhaps what we like most about working with them is their easygoing manner and friendly ways.
